Default Cabling problem

I'm running Navigator 5 with a Dell X5 wired to a GPS antenna unit on the dashboard. Apart from having occasional fixing delays because of the heating elements in the windscreen, I am now suffering from what appears to be a bad connection between the GPS unit and the power feed - this results in the green antenna power light going off (clearly indicating that no power is reaching the antenna) and consequently no information getting to the PDA. Here's my dilemma:

(a) Do I buy a new antenna unit?
(b) Do I buy a new power feed?
(c) Do I buy both?

I know that, logically, I should buy both but does anyone have any experience/views on my problem and my options? Many thanks in advance.

Try your local Maplins. Sounds like a break in the RJ11 connector. They might be able to fix, or make you up a new lead for a few quid.
