Default TomTom 5 Postcdes

I have TomTom 5 but only the first two figures of the postcode work.
I have a copy of the add on for the full postcode, but I am not sure where this file should go to work.
Is there someone out there who can please help me with this?

Tomtom 5 comes with postcodes you shouldnt need an addon.

Are you using navigate to postcode rather than navigate to address.

Just run your original TTN5 setup disc and tick 'Install Postcodes'.

Also on some devices the postcode folder has to be on the device, i think its under program files\navigator, if its just on the sd card then you only get what your getting, i suggest you try this first.

Put the TomTom zip folder onto the SD Card, in tact, don't unzip it.

Add a new empty folder to your SD Card and name it tomtom.
