tom tom map download

just trying to upgrade maps on my nav5 system.
Have bought download option from the tom tom site with the free nav 6 upgrade. How do you download it?? There does not seem any download button.
The order has been accepted and it states on my account that i can download the file til 17/04/2008. but how.
Tried tom tom home but it just says that the device is not compatible with my account. (I do realise that tom tom home is not compatible with nav 5)
How do i download the file!! HELP, why is it so difficult???

I'm sure there should be an option when you sign in to your account. If not you should try tomtom on 08451610009.
