Wont save favorites

I have a XDA iis and just installed TomTom V6. It works fine, connecting ot BT GPS etc and all is ok. I can edit and store favorites and home etc, but when I exit the software and reload it all the favorites etc are gone. I also have lots of maps on my memory card but cant access them. SD card is not loacked by the way. Any ideas?
