Unhappy Tomtom 6 "No GPS device" Problem

Hello,

I have a Dell Axim x3i and I believe it's running on Microsoft Pocket PC Version 4. Recently received a Pharos iGPS-360 bluetooth receiver as a gift. Sadly, my PDA does not support bluetooth so I bought a cable from the manufacturer to connect this GPS receiver to my PDA.

I also bought Tomtom 6 for my navigation purpose, and then I encountered the following problem:

I started Tomtom, the receiver worked nicely for 30 seconds and then it told me "no GPS device." I disconnected it and reconnected it again, it worked for another 30 seconds. I tried Ostia 6 as well but I had the same problem...

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? Please, I have spent many days trying to fix this problem but I still couldn't make it. Please let me know if you know how to fix it.

Thanks so much.
