Hi guys,

I use my Tomtom one (bought at Xmas) at least daily, though when I went to turn it on this morning it won't 'load' and just stays at the 'hand' page. It's fully charged and the reset button doesn't do anything

Can anyon suggest anything?

Have you tried reloading your backup from tomtom home?

If that doesnt work you can give tomtom a call on 08451610009.
