Default Tomtom won't connect to phone

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I successfully connected my mobile phone to my satnav and it worked fine. However, now it asks me for a user name and password and comes up with error code 2011 when I try to do this. I looked up the correct user name and password on the Tomtom website so I'm fairly sure it's right.

Thanks for any help.

It's asking for YOUR username and password you use on the tomtom site.

Thank you very much, that was the user name and password it was looking for

Now it's telling me my traffic account has expired! I thought it was to do with the phone not the satnav. I've looked on the TomTom website but i can't see anything

The traffic service has a trial period of 30 days, or with some devices a 1yr code card is included in the box.

Otherwise it's a PAYG service.
