POI icons

I've just uploaded a couple of POI files to my TT-one v4, as ov2 & bmp. however the icon just shows as a red square. any ideas how to correct this?

The icon must be 16x16 pixels, in BMP format, and named exactly the same as the corresponding POI set.

The icon is correct, it just won't link to the correct ov2 file.
My TT also has a folder called POI, which contains .tlv files. If I open these in notepad they contain among other things a link to totom.com and the icon filename. So I presume this links the POI to the icon somehow.
I only have these for POI downloaded from tomtom, not the ones I've loaded myself.
I've now changed the ov2 & bmp file for my tesco POI to the same as the tlv file and it's OK now.
Any idea how to edit or create the tlv file?
