Is the device you have a One Third Edition? if so the menu is reduced and doesn't include the Itinerary planning option so you cannot do this with a device running current software and maps.

It used to be possible when the One Third Edition was new to install a custom menu and get the full Itinerary Planning option working, but since the newer releases of software and Maps this "backdoor" has been blocked - Mike

Yes it is the Third Edition, it has the "Travel Via" option but this only allows one via point.

What version of software and map is installed to the device? tap the sat strength meter (lower right corner) followed by the version box, the resultant screen will give you lots of information about the device, we need to know the Software AND map versions - It might be possible to get Itinerary planning working, but don't get your hopes up too high! - Mike
