Routing odd situation

I visited today a location in Wales, I know where it was so did not need to use the routing on the One V3 Europe. When there I set the current location as a favourite. If I try to get the V3 to route to this new location from home it says "no route found", however if I go to "prepare route" I can plan from this location to home !

Any suggestions ?

Was you stored location actually on the road map or were you "Off Road" as far as the TomTom was concerned? - If you are not on the map located on a road the device won't be able to work out a route to the location - planning a route from the location in these conditions forces the device to use the nearest road to the position stored - Mike

Mike, That will be it, I was on a road but it is a new one in an industrial area and was not recognised until I hit a roundabout after 80 yards.

Use the Edit POI function to move the location to the nearest road on the map and the device will be able to calculate a route to the location - Mike
