TomTom turns itself on

Several times recently my TT One 3rd edition has switched itself on. At first I thought that maybe the case was pressing on the switch, but twice now I've left it out of the case and placed it on its back where nothing can touch the switch and sure enough a day or two later I've found it switched on. The problem is (of course) this just runs the battery down.
Can anyone suggest a reason for this?

This is a known bug, not too sure why it does it but I have seen the same with my One Third Edition and the 720 - Mike
