Default TT one xl canīt get any satelite signal

I bought a TT ONE XL refurbished from Total pda and when Iīm going to use the device doesnīt get any signal from satelites.

I made sure the ephem folder is update and left the device outside on clear sky and full batteries all day , and even doesnīt works.

What can I do?

Take the unit outside and switch it on, tap the sat strength meter then you will see a small sat strength meter near the top right of the screen, tap this, after ten minutes can you see any grey bar activity on the bar graph display? - Mike

I did, and I can see 2 grey bars only. After 3 hours, they don't changes

That doesn't sound too good, it looks like your device isn't performing as it should do, the grey bars would indicate its seeing something but not a full signal - get it exchanged - Mike
