One Xl

Hey ive got a One XL. Ive used a friends One XL with the lane assistance feature and found it very usefull. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade my current XL to have this feature? Or is the only option to replace the tom tom itself?

Only replace the device as the data is embeded in the map, TomTom Home will never allow you to download a map containing the extra data when connected to your hardware - Mike

TT1 XL has certainly given me some headaches. The device works ok in a general sense, but the updates (even when paid for), cause some problems). I purchased an update some months ago. This would "solve the problems you're having," and it regressed some roads to speeds that they had never had, and has persistently ignored messages to update stuff that's over 12 months old. Is there a solution to this?
