safety cameras

we have two tt one series30 ,one works fine ,the other is ok except the safety camera does not work,tt home says camera database is installed on device,but when we go in menu to tt services ,tt safety cameras we get message saying you can join this service via tt home.our other tt brings up another menu to enable safety alerts etc .please can anybody help
