Cannot Backup

Unable to backup
appears error reading file problem with ..\PatchFilter.dat

Use Windows Explorer to make a full backup of the device to your PC, simply click the drive letter associated with the device and sellect all the files and folders, right click and select "Copy" then go to the folder where you want to store the backup (a new folder is best for this) and right click then select paste - does it still throw an error message? - Home isn't to be trusted for making backups - Mike
