TomTom XXl & RDS-TMC Traffic receiver

New user here,
To enable me to site my TomTom and RDS-TMC in my vehicle in a more suitable place I really need an extension cable between both these items. Can anyone out there please advise me how and where I can obtain such a cable. If you do know please advise me details of the cable so that I know what to ask for.
