I purchased 12 months UK-ROI map updates for my TT One 3rd Edition in July and the new map installed without any difficulty. I’ve now had an email from TomTom telling me to download a new map. When I click on the link, Home (ver 2.7.6.2056) starts but the update fails with the following error report....

I’ve tried having both Chrome and Internet Explorer set as my default browser in Windows though I can’t see a browser setting in Home.
I’ve also found that I can’t access
TomTom, portable GPS car navigation systems with either browser, though strangely I could get the MapShare to download and install OK.
Cold someone please try the website (I assume
TomTom, portable GPS car navigation systems is correct?) and let me know if it’s OK?
Any other advice would also be appreciated.
