My Tom Tom ONE won't switch on

I only bought it here in March but it's defunkt. Any suggestions or is it really broken?

Have you tried reseting the unit?
Get a paper clip, look underneath the unit and press the small hole in.

Happened to one we use, I contacted Tom Tom who arranged for it to be collected, they sent me a refurbished unit.

mine locked up last night, paper clip did the job though....

I got my tomtom ONE (New Ed.) for Christmas yesterday and it carked it last night! I also managed to fix it with a paperclip this morning though, had me stressing! I had to hold the on button in while resetting it though, did anyone else do that? Oh, I'm so relieved!

Strange. Normally you hold the reset for a few secs, then when you release there is a slight pause and the unit auto powers on.

Have had a similar problem but found the paper clip to work for me so far!! Be patient
