Default Bit of advice required

I'm contemplating buying a GPS for my wife and the TTone seems to suit our needs and budget, but I'd like a couple of questions answered before I take the plunge.

Are the poi, petrol stations etc pre loaded or do I have to download them.

Secondly I'd like to download the speedcamera database. Will this fit on the SD card supplied or will I need to buy a newer larger card straight away.

Thanks in advance, I'm sure one of you out there can answer these points.

There are a number of various POI's built in, including petrol stations. However, the four nearest petrol stations to where I live include one which has been closed for several years and three in the wrong position.

You could use these sites for extra POI's http://www.tomtomfree.com/POI_collections.htm or http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/oldboy/ or here http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums for Safety Cameras (£2 per month or £19 per year).

The Safety Camera database is quite small kb's so should fit on OK.

If you do need a larger SD Card have a look here http://www.choicestationery.com/acat...d_Digital.html

Yep, petrol stations on new TT1 are good, speed camera's will fit no problem, along with super stores and much more. I've got a load more on mine and there's still 96meg of space to use most pois are only a few kb's in size and most are free to download.
