What is the standard battery Life whilst turned off

Hi, I have a TomTom One V1.

When I fully charge the unit and and then leave it turned off for a week, I have found the battery had gone completely flat!

Is this normal?

I know that during use, it only lasts around 2 hours or so.

Any comments would be helpful as it is driving me nuts!

That is the standard battery life on a tomom one. To make the unit smaller they used a smaller battery. You do have to keep it charged.
