H E L P ???? still no joy

My last post about getting in contact with tomtom UK (tel number) problem, well i tried the number i was given by this site which was very nice to get ,and guess what got through and then beep beep---beep beep--and beep beep-beep beep and still no answer

this is not a fax tone so if anyone has tried to contact them and got through let me know how you done it as i am now pulling my hair out. If you know how i can get my tomtom one repaired would also like to know that too. well thanks for listening to me as Tomtom certainly is'nt.

Did you log in to your account? If not that's why.

It will list all your support requests in your account. It works, as I just opened a test support request and closed it in my account
