TomTom Go Not Loading

Hi, I have a Tomtom One. What it does is switches on , When it gets to the loading part were you see the different pictures. Then thats it--Stops there dead, cannot switch off /// Need some help :P

.. Reset button does nothing/same happends

I'd try getting in touch with tomtom on 08451610009.

If you took a back of the sd card you could also try reloading that onto your SD card.

Also try this:

Connect the ONE to the charger then press and release the reset button found on the base of the device.

If the problem persists connect the ONE to the charger then press and hold the power button then press and release the reset button then release the power button.

If all else fails phone TomTom as Martin suggested above.
