Connecting TTOne to Traffic with E720

I am unable to connet my new TT One to the Traffic service via my mobile. I have a Samsung E720 which is compatable according to Tom Tom web site. Phone and Tom Tom have picked up each other using bluetooth and the connection process keeps going to 65% complete before stopping. I have WAP GPRS activated on my mobile.
Any one know how to resolve this?
