Default Unhandled exception error on connection to HOME

hello all,

just after buying a new TomTom ONE I installed the HOM on my laptop and I could very easily get a connection and making a backup.

After returning from my vacations (very happy for my tomtom help) I tried to establish again a connection to HOME. This time I get an "Unhandled exception"error and HOME cannot see the tt. (using windows explorer I can see the TT as a memory device).
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of HOME without any success. Always I get the same error as I try to connect.

Yesterday I tried to install the HOME in another computer getting the same error again.

Does anybody has an idea on that?

Thanks in advance

Theodor
