Unhappy Boot problem

Hi,

I just purchased TOMTOM ONE GPS and when I tried to update it using tomtom home the update process encountered an error and terminated. Now when I restart the device it doesnt take me to navigation but instead it shows the orange screen with a cross sign indicating that the device is not connected to the system. Even If I connect to the system, the tomtom home doesnt detect it.

I am stuck up in the middle of no where. Please help. I want to get back to navigation asap.

Thank you.
