Angry Forgetful TomTom !

When I got my TomTom I paired it to my Razor KRZR phone by following the onscreen instructions. It only took a couple of minutes and thereafter TomTom automatically updated the traffic info if I enabled Bluetooth on my phone.
Until last week!
Now it tells me I must set up a wireless network! And guess what? - no matter what I do it fails every time. My phone is listed, as is my Orange WAP network. It's driving me nuts. I've paid for updates and can't get them!
Any ideas?

Look underneath, and next to the docking port (USB port on ONE & Rider) you see a pin sized hole.

Use a paperclip press and release and the device should power on.

Used the reset - to no effect! Pressing it in and releasing it seems to have done nothing at all. Nor did it power on afterwards. So I still can't get my updates!
How on Earth did TomTom ever release such a badly programmed device on the market? Because it's so useless it now resides in my glovebox.
Is there any way to completely return to the 'from the factory' condition?

For it to have suddenly stopped, something must have changed on either the device or your phone.

What changes have you made to either recently? Have you changed your bluetooth settings? Have you tried deleting and recreating your bluetooth connection on your phone?
