Unhappy Tomtom One XL cracked screen

I have a new One XL with a cracked screen.
Apart from that it appears to work but without the touch control.
Where can I get it repaired. I live near Southampton.

You should contact TomTom support.

There are a couple of places that do sat-nav repairs but it may be cheaper to buy a new TTOne Series 3.
I've heard of quotes of £75+ carriage for new screen.

IIRC TomTom charge about £50.

Not sure how the screen was damaged, but is worth getting a hard case to transport your sat nav in.

I would get a case. Just a good precaution for any future TomTom's.
