Default TomTom One question

Hi, new here. I looked through the threads, but I didn't see this question posted. Sorry if it has been asked before.

After arriving at the destination, how do I reset TomTom so it doesn't keep giving me directions back to that destination? I turn off the unit, and turn it back on, but it still remembers the destination and gives me directions back to it, even though I'm driving away from it. Obviously once I enter a new destination it moves on to that, but I'd like to be able to leave it on without it giving me directions back to the destination I'm leaving. Hope my question makes sense.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You need to tap the screen, next screen and use the 'clear route' option.

Hi All,
I have just bought a TomTom one from e-bay from US. It came with the US maps and I was wondering if I can somehow put the UK maps onto my card? I have access to a UK map and have tried to copy it onto a SD card. Is there a way of doing it? please help.

You need TomTom home to do this easily on the newer One's.

Providing the map is a) legit, and b) compatable you wont have any issues.

On newer TomTom ONE's/GO's you need to tap the screen, and keep pressing next. It's on either the second or third screen depending on which version of GO/ONE you bought (ONE V3 for example uses TT7 - so the options are arranged differently)

You shouldnt have to reset it very often. Just every now and again.

If its a problem give tomtom a phone on 08451610009 they can replace it if necessary.
