tom tom one fault

Hi guys, i bought a tomtom one last christmas and all has been fine with it until recently. im in Manchester which is basically in the middle of the country. My problem is when i try to go anywhere north, i input my destination and it goes through the procedure where it calculates the route but then it says " error during planning" It works fine everywhere else, london, cardiff, birmingham to name a few but when i try to find anywhere north, lake district glasgow, newcastle i get "error during planning" any ideas guys?

Sounds like the memory card is corrupted. Speak to tomtom on 08451610009 as its still under warranty.
