Problems with my tomtom one

I added some european maps on my tomtom and added a language. Now for some reason it does not connect to the phone through bluetooth. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I've looked for the option that lets you see more options but it seems it's gone too. If I don't find out anything else to do I'd like to return it to the original state, do a hard reset, but I need instructions for that too. Please help me with any of the three things that trouble me. Tnx
