Moving to a larger SD Card

Hi

One of our staff has a company issued TT One.

I need to update the UK maps, however I can't as the SD card is too small.

Can someone tell me how to transfer everything from one card to another.

I've tried taking a backup of the orig card using Tom Tom Home, but it keeps failing.

You can only use upto 2gb cards.

Use a card reader, get your PC to show all hidden files and copy EVERYTHING to a location on the PC, then copy this to the new card.

Thanks for your response, that's what I tried, however when I put the new card into the unit, it didn't recognise the card. Actually to be more exact, it said that there were no maps. The member of staff is away at the moment (with the TomTom), but he's back tomorrow. I'll try again, making sure that all files etc aren't hidden to doublecheck,
