Connection with Mobile Problems

Brought a Tomtom 300 Yesterday, Set it up No Problem.

Right now i want to use the Plus Service on the Months trial.

So i set up my mobile to tomtom via bluetooth no problem

then i ask it to update, it Starts to connect and then discounts on my phone

WHY ??

What have i not done right..

I m using 02 and a K700i all that work with the system.

The tomtom site does not let you down load or do anything as half of it does not load or work right..

cant get hold of Tomtom .. and 02 cant suggest anymore..

i have exactly the same problem !
I have tomtom 300 with SE 700i

I have paired the 2 together, gone through the set up process, it said it was goingt o send details to the server, wen i try to connect it says 'can not connect to services'

I have checked all the settings !
HELP

I have also subscribed to the tomtom plus traffic service but so far i can not use it !

spoke to tomtom customer support and they cant help, and O2 have said i have the correct settings on my phone -
I think i need to set up a new connection ?
