Who is using the traffic module

I gather it uses GPRS, if so what sort of cost is the traffic plus and how much does it cost to with GPRS.

I have a 3G mobile with bluetooth so assume it uses that as a source

I believe it does use GPRS to get the data. The cost would be whatever tomtom charge for the service plus whatever your phone company charges for GPRS. You can get bundles and I believe the package you can get with 3 is quite good even if the coverage isn't.
