Buying one month of TomTom Traffic?

Buying one month of TomTom Traffic?

My months trial has just finished and as I will mostly use traffic for when I travel to my relatives a few times a year, some 300 or so miles, it would be better if I could buy a month when needed, anyone know if this is possible?, I'm sure I read it can be done on TomTom's website.
