Question Connection troubles to Plus services

Hi, I've just bought a Tom Tom Go 910 and a new pay as you talk phone from Vodafone, (sonyericsson k510i), which is fully compatible according to Tom Tom.
I have been able to connect to my phone via the 910 for hands free etc.
Unfortunately i can't connect to any of the Plus services like traffic.
I've been in touch with Tom Tom customer support and they advised me that my phone must have full GPRS coverage, and to get in touch with Vodafone. This i duly did, only to be informed by Vodafone that my phone already has full coverage and should be able to connect to any website/server that is required. They informed me that there is nothing more that can be done to my phone to enable any further GPRS access than what has been set up already.

Can any of you guys help me out here? I just seem to be getting the run around from Tom Tom and Vodafone.

Thanks in advance
Hamish

For what it is worth, I have the same problem - I cannot link my 910 with Nokia E70 on Vodafone. Same unhelpful answers from Vodafone and TomTom.
