Default Autocom pairing

Got the Autocom 'cos it's supposed to be the best. Got the Rider 2 'cos it's supposed to be the best, (and the wife got it for me for Christmas). Got an Autocom 'Dongle' from Ebay. Anybody know why they won't talk to each other? Tomtom were totally unhelpful, "It's not listed, you have to use the Scala headset" (Gestapo woman). Autocom said "It pairs if you keep trying", after 2 weeks, draining the bike battery once, I think I've tried that. Anybody got any ideas.

Solved it. You have to pair it as the headset, not as a bluetooth item as I had been doing. Strange that neither Tomtom or Autocom mentioned this. Or maybe it's that I'm a complete numpty.
