Default Tom Tom rider security strap

TomTom is offering a free "security strap" for their RIDER navigation system. The strap attaches RIDER to the mount on your motorcycle (and presumably reduces the chance that the GPS might accidently be lost or damaged).

Existing RIDER owners can request a free strap at TomTom's web site. Here's a link: https://www.tomtom.com/riderstrap/?Lid=4

The Tomtom security strap is just a length of cord and a dog clip. Be careful when using it. Yes it does stop the Rider hitting the deck if/when it comes off the bracket but, as my wife discovered when her Rider came off, the security strap neatly hung it between the steering and the fairing. The result was the bike could not be steered properly and she dropped it.
