Default Tom Tom UPDATES

Guys just to let use know i have just been on the phone to Tom Tom and they are advising its not optimal to download the updates is necessary. They say that it will solve a lot of the city searches and Bluetooth problems. So please check there site, Latest is the 3.03 updates.

Go to www.tomtom.com click on support and click on updates.

V3.03 was to show towns that were 'missing' in 3.01.....
However although it now does this ( example try Largs on the west coast of Scotland )
If you have 3.03 it will now list Largs in the town list but leave the street empty and it 12 miles out when you show on map....

NOW a friend of mine obtained his upgrade 2 weeks ago and it had 3.03 on it, so I said try Largs etc and see ........ LARGS as it should be, on checking and installing HIS GB map file on my 3.03 web update... mine is now working properly.... So TomTom have altered some of the files in the GB map files..

TomTom arn't responsable for making the maps, TeleAtlas are.
