Angry Dead Bluetooth Gps Receiver

After few days of use, my TomTom BLUETOOTH GPS RECEIVER went dead.
When I charge it the red light goes on, but when i try to swich it on nothing
happens. Does anybody know how to remedy this problem, or does enybody
have the shematic diagram of the device?
If somebody can help, please reply urgently.

If you bought it from www.totalpda.co.uk then email support%@www.totalpda.co.uk.co.uk with your order details and we'll get it replaced for you. If you bought it elsewhere then I suggest you contact them or take it back.

Thanks for instant reply. The only problem is, I bought my TomTom in the US, and since I
live in Serbia, it will take way too long.That's why I'm looking for altrnative ways to fix
the device.

If it won't turn then it may be a mechanical problem with the power switch....you can take the top part of the case off and have a look at it. Only do this though if you will not be sending it back to TomTom as it will void your warranty.

Have you let it go completely flat on battery then give it a full charge with the AC charger ?

Ring TomTom - They will collect it via UPS courier if it's less than 12months old (Receipt required). They replaced mine within a week of calling them with a new one with a note saying they had also applied the latest firmware to it.
