Unhappy TT3 freeze problems

I have been using TT3 (BT) and a iPAQ 2210 for just over a week now with varying degrees of success.

However, my main problem at the moment is that the navigator screen keeps freezing where it just displays the current speed and direction of travel (this then remains fixed while frozen). The GPS signal from the receiver is lost yet the blue light on the receiver is a constant blue and the green indicator continues to flash.

If I switch off the GPS receiver and then on again, it searches for the bluetooth connection and then navigator picks up the signal. However, this keeps happening and is not really an option while driving.

Has anyone experienced this and if so can you offer any advice?

thanks

The iPAQ is already ROM 1.10.07 which I believe is the latest
The GPS version is already 3.03

Any other ideas?
