Default TomTom Go Mounting & Case

Some TT Go users are having problems with the mounting bracket slipping.

Try resting it on the dashboard to help take the weight, or if this isn't possible, you could do the following,:

1. You could use two thin plastic or rubber washers where the surfaces meet, to give extra grip.

2. You could use double sided sticky tape, cut a couple of small squares, and attatch to the surface.

3. You could go into an office supplies, and get some ring-binder strengtheners, "small cardboard washers, with hole in middle".

4. Use two thin spring washers
5. You could also use serrated type washers , ( the type on washing machines that hold screws tight ) not sure of proper name. When you use these they "bite" into the plastic, and stop it slipping.

Also those who have bought the TT Go, and have no case. If you have registered on the web site, http://www.tomtom.com/ It will be sent to you automatically.

As for when they will be available, i have been told September 04.
