Cool Connecting an IPAQ 4150 - TomTom

I would like to buy the tom tom 3 software to connect to my ipaq 4150

Can anyone tell me the following:

1. What do I need to purchase to get the gps up and running for my car? I take it I need the full pack and then the cradle?

2. Does the cradle supply power for both the gps and the pocket pc? How does the powering work for the bluetooth version?

3. I want software which can basically real-time track where I am and give me spoken direction which the tom tom 3 software seems to do - but what are the competitors and what do their software offer, i.e is there anything that tom tom doesnt have that others do?

4. I would like to be able to tilt the pocket pc so it screen is long ways is this possible or does it work better the other way?

5. Can you buy speed traps as an add-on?

Any help or advice would be great

Thanks

Simon
