I wanted to convey my appreciation for all the staff at total pda for the lovely service. i had ordered a TT3 wired GPS with a seido car mount for my dell axim x3. the initial hardware never worked and always showed the GPS position unreliable. despite all my best efforts i could not get it to work and the TT3 customer service was unhelpful. i got in touch with total pda through the forum and they asked me to return the goods. they checked it up and i assume something didn't work but they sent me back a new TT3 wired GPS and a car mount kit and now it works absolutely well. i would like to thank Steive and all the staff at the total pda for sorting out my stuff and they were very professional and quick in their response. cheers to all staff. keep up the good work. i would strongly recommend any potential buyers to go ahead and not have second thoughts on purchasing stuff from "www.totalpda.co.uk", and one can be assured of good after sales tech. help and service. have to add that don't rely on the customer care from Tomtom.
