Question TomTom GO

Just received the carry case and completed the update which seems fine although I seem to be getting alerts to all red light cameras and not all Gatso safety cameras. Can the red light camera alerts be disabled as after 35 years professional driving I am well aware of what a red light means.
Also anyone any ideas as to why there is a dc input and a strip of contacts on the base of the unit (and indeed the mount).

I havent used the new update yet so can't say if/how to disable the red light cameras but the DC input and contacts on the base were for different mounting options which will either be revealed in the near future or have been dropped from the system.
