tomtom mount not charging my pda

Hi guys,

bought a BT tomtom kit and 1940 tomtom mount from here and its not charging my pda when its in the cradle. The BT reciever is charging ok and i have the green light on the cradle showing that its getting power but the PDA doesnt recieve any charge - power button remains flashing blue (goes orange when plugged in in the house)

any ideas?

Dodgy connection on connector in the cradle that the iPAQ sits in? Is it a TomTom branded cradle?

managed to get thro to the customer services number (must be v busy!) and they have arranged for someone to give me a ring from tech support. here's hoping

Same problem with my TomTom car kit for Tungsten.
