Default XDA 2S Tomtom, Please help???

Hi I got a new XDA 2S a month ago (my first PDA). I got on quite well with it until the ear piece broke, I got a new handset from the shop and now it seems really slow!

On my first handset I installed Tomtom 3 and it worked fine using a Tomtom blue tooth receiver but since I got the new handset it does not work. I have crashed the Handset and reinstalled the Tomtom software a couple of times but still it always says the GPS is unreliable.

Also the handset keeps hanging almost every time I try to use Tomtom. I have to do a soft reset. I couldn’t even make a call without having to reset today!!!

So I have now crashed the XDA 2S and not put Tomtom back on, I have deleted it from my pocket pc folder so as not to confuse it when I active sync.

Could someone please spell out the installation process for me to follow? Epically what type of Bluetooth connection I should use!

I would be very grateful if anyone can help, I would even pay some money in to a paypal account if anyone is interested...

Thanks

Leigh

Welcome to our forums.
All in all the installation procedure is the same. The only thing to ensure is that you have TomTom Wireless GPS & Bluetooth GPS selected in GPS Status. Do you have v3.07 of TomTom installed on the PDA?
