Question Tom Tom, Palm T3, Bluetooth, No GPS

Hi, I am sure that this thread probably already exists, but I can't find it - so my apologies for repeating it - please point me to the correct post if it already exists.

I have a Palm T3, via Bluetooth to TomTom. I connected it fine the first time and it was brilliant - how I enjoyed walking around my house and then driving to work the same way I always do, but now knowing where I was :-)

However, now when I open TomTom and go to the GPS configuration it tells me that no GPS exists. So I went to my Palm Bluetooth screen and removed the GPS unit from my trusted devices, then tried to re-add it through the "Add" option. But it tells me that no GPS device is found. I have tried this ( I think ) with Palm in car cradle, out of cradle, blue / mauve light blinking on GPS unit, no lights on GPS unit, Power on to charge GPS unit, no power cord in GPS unit. In fact I think I have tried everything.

Has anyone else had this problem / know how I get my Palm to see the GPS unit via Bluetooth again?

Thanks.

Welcome to our forums.
Try resetting the Palm then repairing the receiver again. Also make sure you have the latest updates for TomTom.
