Downloading Speed Camera data

Hi,
I've got Ipaq 5550 with TT3 and followed one of the links to pocketgps to download the software. Downloading the software was no problem but after reading their installation instructions was given 3 options 1)CheckPOInt instructions 2)GPS Assist or 3)POI Warner.
The instructions in this forum seemed straight forward and was just wondering which one I should follow or which you recommend?

Follow the instructions for the program you are using. If you have checkpoint then follow its instructions, same for GPS Assist and POI Warner.
