Unhappy Can't install TTN5 upgrade

Received Palm upgrade but can't install it - is anyone else having problems?

Firstly the setup routine can't find a palm instaide.dll on my pc (which is there) and then it gives me a message saying "Your pc does not support the devices for which there are applications in this package. Please install the supporting software first and run setup again. Setup will end now"

I’ve followed the help on tomtom/support and downloaded the new setup.exe however whe I run this i just get the message "no SETUP information found on disk or CD rom" Can't get through to tomtom on the phone and still waiting for an email

Can any one help me?

The message "Please install the supporting software first and run setup again. Setup will end now" is usually associated with a PocketPC install and it refers to not having Activesync installed on your PC. have you been in touch with TomTom about it?
