upgraded to tt5

hi i have upgraded tt3 tott5 - the thing is i start tt5 go to advanced planning put in 1st address,then 2nd address tt5 plans route i press on route then press show route demo ,when demo starts it only goes a certain distance then returns to start of demo this only happens on long distances has only bodyelse had this if so how did they fix it
i'm using hp ipaq 2210

Welcome to our forums.
I'm using the full retail version and it will demo the entire route, no matter how long it is. Maybe it's something to do with the upgrade version? Anyone else have the same problem?

just a update i phone c/service today they say that they know about it (demo mode does only 80 miles of route)
